True Training Creates True Athletes

Training is something that plays a role in any athlete’s sports career. Most athletes train to improve skills, build strength, and stay on top of their game. But here at True Lacrosse, training is way more than just exercising, practicing, and showing up. Our players train to be better in all that they do. An athlete is someone who is well-rounded and puts their best foot forward to be a pillar of good in the world. That is what it means to be a True player. True training creates True athletes, and that’s what our organization aims to do with our players.

When we talk about training, yes, we do mean improving your game.

However, that does not limit you to just lacrosse or your personal physique or skills. For our teams, training incorporates a variety of personal and professional development that allows our players to level up all aspects of their lives. From their grades to their game, every day is a new day to be better. Lacrosse is our passion. It’s at the heart of everything we do. Our energy is what helps set our teams apart. But, our energy and expertise are what elevate our players to strive for greatness.

True players work hard, and they are committed to their education, game, and personal growth.

They know it takes hard work to improve, but they are willing to put in the work to get there. Our organization is on a mission to provide the most comprehensive training and experience to create exceptional athletes. We work to instill confidence, integrity, and leadership skills that can use both on and off the field. We help mold our players to be lifelong learners and problem-solvers, which allows them to carry this model forth throughout their lives.

Everything we do starts with the training and development of our people and players. It is part of being a True Lacrosse player. Check out more about our core values and our mission on our homepage.
