True Lacrosse Programs & Offerings

True Lacrosse welcomes players at every level, from beginner to advanced. Our teams are designed to provide players with coaching and training specific to their level of play. While we do have advanced programs, we also offer programming for those players who are new to the game with little-to-no experience Please contact the director in your area to determine which level is right for you.

Yes! We host boys and girls travel teams across the country. Visit our program map to find programming in your area.

Our programs are designed to accommodate players of all ages and skill levels. Click here to learn more about the True Levels of Play.

True Lacrosse has all the tools to help players get recruited: from meticulous training and development on the field, to a full-time recruiting staff and our vast network of positive working relationships with every college coach in the country. Our approach is proven successful, as we have helped over 2,500 players continue their careers in college.

While the majority of our programs host tryouts for their teams during the end of summer/early fall, we also host tryouts and prospect clinics throughout the year as needed.

If your child cannot make tryouts, please contact the director to inquire about an alternate date or arrange for a private evaluation.

Practice times and locations vary by location. Please contact your local director for the training information in your area.

True Lacrosse offers private lessons and small group training. Please contact the director in your area program map to inquire about availability and to schedule your lessons/training.

While we encourage all our athletes to compete throughout the full year with True Lacrosse, we also encourage keeping a stick in your hand during off periods/seasons with a local recreational, school, or community program.

True National

True National is a program designed to host the top players from True Lacrosse’s boys and girls programs across the country. These teams offer a 12-month commitment, during which time players gain access to highly competitive events, unrivaled recruiting support, and additional training opportunities for continued growth and development.

Players are selected to True National by our staff from National ID Clinics, All-Region participation, and State director recommendations.

National players are required to wear National uniforms designed exclusively for our teams by our partner, Lax.com.

Film is included for all high school players from the events they attend.

True Lacrosse prides itself on offering programming that meets players where they are in their development as lacrosse players. True National offers the highest level of training, coaching, development, and competition available in the country today. Learn more about the True National program here.

Boys’ National — Yes, families have the option of paying for their National team dues over the course of 10 months.

One of the pre-requisites to play for True National is participation on a True Lacrosse Regional or State team. If there is not a local option in your area, our staff will work diligently to find an alternative solution.
Each True National team will have their own TeamSnap account.
We are always seeking additional support and assistance to provide the best experience possible, particularly to help coordinate events and any “extras” (snacks for players, meet-ups for parents, etc.) while our teams are traveling to tournaments. If you are interested in becoming a team manager, please contact your National Director.
